Oceanfront Modern Views - Coogee Sanctuary Penthouse #7

Great spot for whale spotting. Positive: I've only put the staff and facilities as neutral as there are none, so this is'nt relative, but that aside, what a great place to stay! Access is easy, with both digital and 'analogue' keypads. Communication is really good, with lots of to and fro messaging The location is as good as it gets with regards to a view, and what a view you have. The apartment is spacious and well laid out. It was spotlessly clean, and the kitchen is well stocked with equipment, etc. The blinds and the heating you will figure out handy enough Negative: To be honest , there is nothing to complain about with the apartment. Its up a bit of a hill when coming up from the beach, so you will need to bear this in mind if mobility is an issue, and it's a penthouse, so there are some stairs and no lift, but its only 3 flights

Positive: The view, the property is beautiful and total privacy, the MOR bathroom products. Negative: 7 flights of stairs, getting luggage up and down with my elderly mother wasn’t good.

Absolutely fabulous, 10/10 would recommend Positive: Luxurious apartment with excellent views, great value for money and wonderful communication

Positive: Everything. Was an amazing location with the view and conveniently close to nice restaurants and grocers. Was beautifully furnished.

Great apartment in unspoilt area Positive: Beautiful apartment with great views. Coogee is a very unspoilt area . Negative: Didn't realise it was so hilly ( to walk up from bus stop) and there is no lift. We were on top floor. However the appartment was great
